Coaching with us will involve responding to questions from us as coaches, brainstorming together, clarifying your values, education, goal setting, accountability, examining your lifestyles, making requests of yourself and perhaps your spouse, and coming to agreements to change behavior.
​While you are coaching with us, your past traumas will be acknowledged and the impacts on your present reality will be accepted while working on growth areas so that you can have the type of future you want.​

One on One Coaching

You will meet with Ife or Dami for a 45-minute coaching session once a week for 3 consecutive weeks, where we will focus on one specific area of growth. If a man, your coaching sessions will be with Ife and if a woman, your sessions will be with Dami.
